LOUIS is the recipient of three federal grants to develop open educational resources. Browse Pressbooks textbooks and accompanying Moodle and Canvas courses for a variety of subjects created by these projects.

Faculty Select

Faculty Select provides a simple search interface for faculty to identify OER titles and content the library can purchase that can be provided free-of-charge to students in place of costly textbooks. Newly-available titles are added regularly.

LOUIS OER Commons

LOUIS OER Commons is a repository of open educational resources aligned with the Louisiana Statewide Common Course Catalog. This repository also facilitates the creation of new OER by Louisiana educators.
