LOUIS Hosts Virtual Conference, LUC-E

by Rob Stephens on 2025-03-24T16:16:28-05:00 | 0 Comments

On March 12, 2025 LOUIS hosted LUC-E, a spring virtual conference. The conference consisted of eight sessions originally presented at the LOUIS Users Conference 2024. The conference featured eight sessions attended by over 100 LOUIS member library faculty and staff.

The goal of LUC-E was to offer LUC sessions to LOUIS Member library faculty and staff who could not attend the in-person conference. Each session was also recorded and can be viewed on LOUIS’ Vimeo channel.

The sessions focused on a range of topics including artificial intelligence in libraries, grant writing, department policies and documentation, building connections with students, and more. During lunch, LUC-E attendees played a game of Bingo, with winners receiving conference swag from LUC 2024.
