Your sponsorship will allow LOUIS to provide a rich conference experience for participants and sponsors alike by enhancing our technology infrastructure. We will continue to provide quality conference sessions focused on all aspects of librarianship and library technology. In addition to formal conference sessions, we offer multiple opportunities for engagement with library staff through the conference welcome and exhibit hall.

Sponsorship Packages

This year LOUIS has expanded our sponsorship opportunities to include educational partnerships, supporting partnerships, and reception sponsorship.

Educational session opportunities are included for sponsors to share expertise about products and services currently used by LOUIS consortium members. Sessions must focus on educational content, best practices, implementation strategies, or emerging trends relevant to your partnership with LOUIS member libraries. All session proposals undergo review to ensure educational value and appropriateness.

Sponsors may discuss the full range of their products and services at their exhibit tables during one-on-one conversations with attendees. Conference sessions are reserved for educational content related to existing LOUIS partnerships.

Session Proposals

Session proposals for sponsors should be submitted by Friday, August 1st. If you submit after that date, proposals will be considered as space allows. Session proposals will only be considered if you have committed sponsorship for LUC.
