About Emily

Emily Frank joined LOUIS is September 2018 as the Affordable Learning Program Administrator, coordinating the work of Affordable Learning LOUISiana. Previously, she worked at LSU Libraries as the Coordinator for Scholarship and Open Access. She led the library’s affordable course materials projects, including the e-textbook initiative focused on aligning licensed e-books with courses and the Open Education Resources program. She received her MLIS from the University of Kentucky and an International Master’s in Digital Library Learning from universities in Norway, Estonia, and Italy through an Erasmus Mundus program funded by the European Union.
