Rebecca Kelley is the Digital Inclusion and eLearning Program Manager.  Previously, she had more than nine years of experience at LSU Libraries as a liaison librarian in Research & Instruction Services. As the mass communication liaison librarian, she taught information literacy and advanced research classes, conducted outreach with faculty to build relationships, and advocated for the value of library resources and services. During her time at LSU, she also organized and planned several library-wide programs including Media Literacy Week events, the LSU Libraries Open House, and a graduate workshop series. She has published articles in peer-reviewed journals and has been active in library service at the local, state, and national level.

Rebecca received both her undergraduate and Master of Library and Information Science degrees from Louisiana State University.  She enjoys spending time in her garden and traveling with her husband - especially taking hiking trips to national parks.
