
Teri Oaks Gallaway, Ph.D., Associate Commissioner of LOUIS, joined The Louisiana Library Network in 2015 after ten years as library faculty at Loyola University New Orleans where she held positions as the Associate Director of Research and Technology for the Honors Program, and the Systems and Web Coordinator. She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in music from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, a Master of Science in Information from University of Michigan, and a doctorate from Louisiana State University in educational research and leadership. Her research explores self-efficacy based models for professional development and outcomes of open educational resource (OER) programs.
