About Elizabeth

Elizabeth Kelly joins LOUIS as the Library Web and Applications Development Administrator. Previously, she worked for over a decade managing the digital library, digital preservation, digital scholarship, and library web services at Loyola University New Orleans. She is a member of the Institute of Museum and Library Services grant-funded project, “Digital Content Reuse Assessment Framework Toolkit (D-CRAFT)” as well as the Collections as Data grant "…And 25 of our closest friends: The Louisiana Digital Library as Community-Focused Data." Elizabeth holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in music composition from Loyola University New Orleans and the Cleveland Institute of Music, and a Master of Science in Library and Information Studies from Florida State University. Elizabeth is an active music composer and has won awards for her instrumental, vocal, and electronic music. She has two pet aquatic turtles.
